Potential on the Rise is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Do:

Clinical Leadership & Assessment:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
Perform ongoing evaluations to measure client progress and adjust interventions
Oversee clinical documentation and ensure compliance with best practices
Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to coordinate care
Supervision & Team Development:

Provide clinical supervision to adaptive and social skills trainers
Conduct regular supervision meetings and performance evaluations
Mentor staff in evidence-based intervention techniques
Support professional development and career growth of team members
Direct Service:

Work directly with children and families in homes, schools, and community settings
Model best practices in social skills development and adaptive training
Lead complex cases requiring advanced clinical expertise
Travel between multiple locations to provide flexible, accessible services
Administrative & Reporting:

Report directly to the Clinical Director on program outcomes and team performance
Maintain detailed clinical records and progress documentation
Participate in treatment planning meetings and case consultations
Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with children with diverse needs
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Willingness to travel between client locations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous learning
Ability to mentor and inspire others while maintaining high clinical standards
