Hello! I’m a composer/musician overseeing a small music team for shows on Disney and Netflix. I work from home and am currently looking for a peaceful place to live and work on the northeast side of Los Angeles, closer to my community – ideally anywhere from Los Feliz through Highland Park.
I need a layout with good separation for quiet focus: a modest 2-bedroom, or a 1-bedroom with a detached/convertible space for my home music studio – (I keep things low-volume and sound-treated).
I’m a calm, respectful tenant who keeps a very clean, quiet space. I treat a home with care and attention, and I’m hoping to find a place that reflects that mindset.
I've got an excellent credit score (812), a meticulous budget (always 2+ months ahead), and strong references ready to share. My target rent is around $2–2.3k, though I’m flexible for the right setup.
