Even with rent control, and surviving the 2020-2021 thing, and then the SAG strikes, and price-gauging after the fires...rents are crushingly exorbitant. Wages have not gone up. It's no longer worth the $ to put up with the selfish neighbors and selfish parking in Ktown. Very over the habitability issues in my building.
