We are an employment firm located in Montebello, California. We are searching for a On-site Customer Service administrator who is detail-oriented, has an outstanding memory, and is a friendly, people person.
The Onsite admin will be stationed in the City of Montebello in a distribution center setting assisting with a high volume of employee relations.
Conducts Recruitment, policies, employee relations, Safety management, training and development, benefits and disciplinary actions, and Client Relations
Build and maintain strategic partnership with the client through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must Be Bilingual-Spanish & English
Microsoft Office Skills,
Must have an open to daily over-time 10-12 hour shifts.
8am-5pm plus O.T
Must be bilingual: English & Spanish
