Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative I to provide first-level customer service support to internal and external customers. This role requires prompt and thorough attention to customer issues and requests, while working within existing warehouse management systems to track and account for customer orders. The position also requires communication between customers and facility staff.
Required Education and Experience:
Experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment preferred
Experience with orders and Bills of Lading preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong data entry skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail for typing, filing, sorting, and proofreading
Must be able to pass a background check, E-Verify, and drug screen
