Dispatch and coordinate drivers
Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff
Provide customer service support
Monitor schedules and deliveries
Perform computer and data entry tasks
Work closely with team members to support operations
Requirements:
Bilingual required
Computer knowledge required
Strong customer service skills
Ability to dispatch drivers
Team player with good communication skills
Warehouse/logistics experience preferred
