please let me know cleaner experience or general labor experience you have done
construction skill a plus but not required.
shift starts at 10 or 11 am, 3-6 hours a day. 20-25 hours a week
shift days variable
most of the time spent cleaning , other times general labor.
this is for a house cleaner position for an Airbnb and work hours will be from 10 AM-4 PM (maybe an hour earlier or longer ) and its possible that I will need you come in on short notice if someone books the Airbnb and need you to clean afterwards.
you can let me know that days that you cannot work in the coming month due to prior commitments such as birthdays, graduations etc..
general house cleaning:
vacuum/mop floors
clean bathroom
clean kitchen
laundry sheets
General labor such as but not limited to:
basic painting - primer and touchups
basic landscapping - use lawnmover , rake leaves
sweep driveway etc and other similar type of labor
basic plumbing knowledge would be a plus but not required
basic electrical knowledge would be a plus but not required
Requirements:
clean record, minor stuff okay, as long as upfront. background will be done.
speak and read english
must have a reliable vehicle, and live within 20 mins from Downey CA
