Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and emergency maintenance with a strong focus on plumbing systems
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, fixtures, and supply lines
Support general maintenance tasks such as HVAC, basic electrical, and carpentry
Conduct property inspections to identify issues before they escalate
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent service calls
Maintain accurate records of repairs and completed work
Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure smooth operations
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Requirements (Must-Have)
Proven plumbing experience (priority skill)
Previous maintenance experience in property management is required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
