We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Control Lead to oversee inspection processes, ensure product excellence, and support a high-performing team. If you're bilingual (English/Spanish), certified in forklift operation, and ready to lead with integrity—this is your opportunity.
âś… Responsibilities Include:
• Supervising daily QC operations and staff
• Conducting inspections, audits, and testing procedures
• Maintaining documentation and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with production and procurement teams
• Training and mentoring QC personnel
• Investigating product complaints and leading root cause analysis

• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Forklift Certified (Sit-down & Stand-up Reach)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in quality control preferred
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
