This is a full-time, On-Site role responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion.
This position coordinates scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while ensuring work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Project Manager Foreman supervises field activities, collaborates with contractors and vendors, and monitors project milestones and deadlines.
Daily tasks include tracking progress, resolving on-site issues, conducting and reviewing inspections, and maintaining clear communication with the office and team. The role also involves managing documentation, supporting logistics and expediting needs, and contributing to continuous process improvements across projects.
Duties:
* Manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
* Communicate daily with inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, and office teams.
* Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and inspections.
* Attend city inspections and clearly understand what inspectors require.
* Read and understand plans, architectural drawings, and structural details.
* Handle change orders and client updates.
* Manage project progress.
Must Have Requirements:
* Spanish Speaker
* 10 Years of Experience Needed
* Strong Knowledge of Residential Construction
* Ability to Read Plans and Understand Structural/Engineering Details
* Experience Managing Construction Projects
* Background in Inspection and quality control to verify that work complies with codes, specifications, and safety regulations.
* Skills to coordinate labor, equipment, and materials across project sites efficiently.
* Ability to lead and coordinate remote and on-site teams, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; OSHA awareness or certification is a plus.
* Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation: $5,000+ per month depending on experience!
