Personal/Administrative Assistant + Nanny (Part-Time)

We are looking for a full-time Personal/Administrative Assistant and Nanny to support the President of a rapidly growing luxury goods supplier. This is a hands-on role that combines administrative responsibilities with light household support and childcare.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Administrative / Business
Managing schedules, calendars, timelines, and project deadlines
Communicating with staff, clients, and vendors on behalf of the President
Organizing and creating documents, emails, and company correspondence
Managing company and personal accounts
Scheduling calls, meetings, and appointments
Running errands as needed
Household / Nanny
Assisting with childcare (must be comfortable around children)
Light housekeeping (tidying, organizing, maintaining household order)
Occasional meal/food prep and household errands
Being available some evenings and weekends when needed
Requirements:
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a laptop
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and ability to multitask
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
