We are looking for an experienced concrete floor prep contractor to grind and profile our existing floor so it’s ready for epoxy. The surface is already level, with no major damage—just an old layer of black paint and general wear that needs to be removed.

Scope of Work:

- Prep 800 sq ft concrete slab

- Remove black paint layer and surface contaminants

- Grind and sand

- Must provide all equipment: grinders, vacuums, dust control

- Clean up work area after completion

Requirements:

- Must have professional-grade floor prep equipment

- Experience with epoxy prep and concrete grinding
