We are looking for a dependable and efficient trash hauling and junk removal person to help keep our mid-sized apartment building clean and clutter-free. This is regular work with the potential for long-term opportunities.
We Need Help With:
Removing bulk trash items (furniture, mattresses, appliances)
Clearing out units after move-outs or evictions.
Hauling green waste and yard debris.
Cleaning and hauling from dumpster areas.
Garage and storage clean-outs.
Occasional help with light demolition and debris removal.
Requirements:
Must have a truck or trailer suitable for hauling.
Experience with trash and junk removal.
Must be reliable, professional, and punctual.
Able to handle heavy lifting and dispose of items legally.
Must be respectful of tenants and property.
Must be able to provide references.
No drug or alcohol issues – serious professionals only.
