Yesterday, I was put in the position of having both the worst and best customer service experiences in my life. The first company I hired to help us move was the former, the worst - they belittled us, abandoned the job halfway through, and left me completely panicked about how I was going to move the remainder of my home across town with very little money because they'd taken most of I had.
Then I found Zeta Movers, and they were the latter, the best. The best of the best. I honestly can't glow enough about them. David's compassion in the face of my distress, and his willingness to go above and beyond scheduling someone to come out last minute would have been enough, I felt so burned. But his movers were fast, friendly, nonjudgmental, and as efficient as anyone I'd ever seen. In two hours the two of them accomplished as much as it took the other team of four men six hours to do. They worked hard and - though it shouldn't have to be said of a moving company of all things, yesterday's experience with Oh Ship! proves me wrong - didn't film the private interior of my messy home to mock my housekeeping. They didn't even charge me extra rates for the last minute job. I am so utterly grateful for what they did, and how much, and in what a short amount of time. They were kind and just...got the job done, wonderfully. Every thing I needed.
I can't recommend them enough, really, but that won't stop me from trying. 100/5 stars.

This was my first time hiring a moving company and I was really happy with the outcome. They went to two addresses to pick up items, disassembled and assembled furniture, and delivered with care. I liked that they communicated with me if they had any questions as to where furniture is to be placed instead of placing it wherever. I’d hire this company again!
