I am referred a considerable number of cases on a regular basis, but I am either unfamiliar with the specific areas of law, or otherwise too busy to handle them. My office will have no control, input, or authority over the manner in which you or your office handle any referred cases, and my office will not act as, or appear as, an attorney of record. Once the matter is referred to you, you will make all decisions on that case, and retain exclusive responsibility for it.

In addition, please provide the following information:

1. Your name and State Bar Number;
2. The city where you practice;
3. Area(s) of law in which you specialize;
4. Length of time you have been a member of the California bar;
5. Whether you are a sole practitioner, own a firm, or work for a firm;
6. Your contact email address;
7. Your phone number; and,
8. Whether you carry errors and omissions coverage.
9. Whether or not you are willing to handle cases throughout California, or whether you prefer cases local to your area.

(We get cases throughout California, such as Northern California, etc.)

If you practice in an area of law not stated above, please let me know, and I will determine whether referrals are available.

I look forward to hearing from you, and I am happy to answer any questions you might have.

Thank you,
Steven Waisbren, Esq.
