We are social and technologically savvy, growing and very reputable personal injury law firm looking to add to our team. Our office started with only two members and are currently at 15 in less than 3 years. We are very fast paced, with many cases going on simultaneously. We love what we do and make ourselves available to our clients. We pride ourselves in seeking justice for our clients and not allowing insurance companies to take advantage of them. We service all of California. No day goes too slow here.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
-Superior Customer Service Skills
-Communicate with clients regularly regarding their medical treatment
-Assist clients with scheduling medical treatment
-Assist clients with getting their vehicle repaired
-You will be responsible for managing 75 plus cases at a time
-Strong grammar skills
-Customer service experience a plus
-Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
-Work well under pressure
-Looking for a long-term position
-Wants to help people who have been injured
-Strong communication skills
-Strong organization skills
-Ability to handle many tasks at once
-Candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability
-Must be able to work in a team environment
-Fast Typer 50+ WPM
We run a paperless office and use APPLE computers.
