Plaintiff’s side employment and trial law firm is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Speaking (ideal, but not required) Associate Attorney seeking part time to full time work. I am looking for a talented litigator and aspiring trial lawyer with great analytical and writing skills who is passionate about helping others. The firm is fully remote but occasional appearances in or around California/Los Angeles may be required.

Position Details:
Job Title: California Licensed Attorney (Remote)
Experience Level: 0-3 years
Work Environment: Fully remote
Location: Candidates must be able to travel occasionally to court/client meetings/depos as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cases from inception to resolution under the guidance of senior attorney
Meet with clients, witnesses, administrative agencies, and opposing counsel (primarily virtual)
Draft and file complaints, motions, and discovery responses
Conduct legal research and analysis
Take and defend depositions
Participate in mediations and court appearances
Prepare motions
Assist with trial preparation and execution
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in California
Passion for employee advocacy and learning case management from start to finish
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team
Commitment to professional growth and skill development
