We are looking for a full time RECEPTIONIST / CLERK who can handle all incoming phone calls, MEDICAL RECORD RETRIEVALS, POLICE REPORT REQUESTS, REPORT CLAIMS TO INSURANCE COMPANIES, handle, check voicemails, and all other administrative tasks required. Experience working with ordering, organizing, and maintaining medical records and experience working in a Personal Injury law firm is important. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required. Heavy scanning and filing.
There will be heavy scanning and electronic filing. Good phone demeanor is a must.
If you can handle all aspects of personal injury from A-Z (initial client contact, requesting medical records, scheduling medical appointments, resolving PD and loss of use, preparing files to submit demand letters, and handling of medical lien reductions), then you have a leg up on the job.
Microsoft / Acrobat experience required.
