Supreme Court - Attorney needed

compensation: TBD
employment type: contract

Assistance needed in filing a matter before the U.S. Supreme Court. The question being put before the Court is:

Is the U.S. Court of Appeals correct in requiring that:

a) "harm" be proven when an actual conflict of interest has been determined to exist with opposing counsel on review or is harm presumed requiring automatic reversal?"

b) the imposition of such a requirement without an evidentiary hearing is a violation of the 14th amendment.

The Writ of Certiorari has been submitted. However, the Court is requesting certain formatting changes be made to comply with SCOTUS rules and resubmitted by a Bar member admitted to appear before SCOTUS. This situation is the result of the untimely passing of counsel.
