About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This is not your typical desk job — it’s a dynamic position built around storytelling, visual creativity, and capturing the essence of Los Angeles through luxury, lifestyle, and culture. From showcasing high-end properties and penthouse tours to spotlighting the city’s best restaurants, experiences, and events — this role is about bringing the L.A. dream to life online.
You’ll work directly with the marketing and real estate team behind one of Los Angeles’ leading luxury real estate and lifestyle brands, creating content that connects people to the city, the properties, and the energy that defines modern L.A. living.
And yes — it’s fun. We shoot, laugh, explore, create, and collaborate every single day.
Responsibilities
Content Creation: Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — from real estate tours and event highlights to lifestyle and city-driven features.
Creative Direction: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute engaging campaigns, trends, and reels that blend luxury real estate with Los Angeles culture.
Brand Storytelling: Develop a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity that aligns with our luxury brand aesthetic and lifestyle messaging.
Social Media Management: Assist with posting schedules, caption writing, and engagement strategy to grow reach and following.
On-Camera Presence: Participate in or direct on-camera content — comfortable with being featured in video shoots and social media clips.
Trend Research: Stay ahead of digital trends, memes, and social media formats that resonate with the Los Angeles and luxury lifestyle audience.
Collaborations: Help coordinate and produce content with influencers, restaurants, event venues, and local partners.
Event Coverage: Attend property openings, local events, and brand activations to capture photo and video content in real time.
Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience in social media content creation, videography, or digital marketing (preferably in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment).
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.
Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
Confident in on-camera work, storytelling, and shooting on mobile or DSLR.
Passion for Los Angeles culture — from food and fashion to architecture and events.
Excellent sense of aesthetic, composition, and lighting.
Ability to balance creativity with strategy, understanding what performs well online.
A team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a sense of humor.
