Graphic Artist needed for a promotional packaging company. A sincere interest and passion for package design for boxes and stationery products.
Previous graphic art and design experience required.
Experience with Print and Production
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
Knowledge of 4 color process printing ,digital printing, silk screening, and foil stamping is helpful.
Position Includes assisting our clients with their layouts and graphic design of their products; and preparing art work for print production.
Assist in purchasing and specifying materials for production.
Send purchase orders and art files to printing suppliers. And follow up on these purchase orders.
Ability to assist in planning and organizing production and appreciating the meaning of deadlines.
Important to work well and communicate easily and in a friendly manner with other team members.
Experience running a digital printer or plotter is helpful and or interested to be trained.
If you have the desire and interest to learn; we are willing to train in any area you need support in.
Must have your own transportation and a valid drivers license.
The position is located in the VERNON Huntington Park area.
Please note this is NOT a remote position; candidate must work on site.
