About Us:
Pasta Sisters is a family-run Italian food brand dedicated to bringing authentic, homemade Italian cooking to everyone. We’re expanding our USDA-inspected production facility for fresh pasta, sauces, and prepared foods — and we’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Food Production Manager to help us scale with quality and passion.
What You’ll Do:
-Lead daily production of pasta, sauces, and ready-to-eat meals.
-Manage schedules, staff, and workflow to meet restaurant and retail demand.
-Ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
-Maintain production logs, labeling compliance, and documentation.
-Train, supervise, and motivate the production team.
-Manage inventory, raw materials, and yield efficiency.
-Collaborate with culinary and operations teams on new products.
What We’re Looking For:
-5+ years of experience in food manufacturing management.
-Proven experience in USDA-inspected production (meat or poultry).
-Strong knowledge of food safety systems and process controls.
-Hands-on leadership, team training, and quality assurance skills.
-Organized, reliable, and passionate about authentic food.
-Bilingual English/Spanish or Italian is a plus.
