2020 Gibson Les Paul Standard ’60s comes finished in the rare limited-run Tri-Burst, a finish not part of the standard production palette and only available in short supply. It shows off a truly classic maple top — not over the top, but with beautiful horizontal and diagonal flame that reacts to the light and gives it that vintage-correct character collectors want to see.
The board is a nice dark rosewood, unlike the washed-out pale cuts you often find on more recent builds.
The Tri-Burst sets it off in all the right ways, striking the balance of vintage style and modern Gibson precision.
