Looking for another band/producer/solo act to share with as we just had a band move out. Looking for someone for December 1st. Ideally someone long term we've all been sharing with the same people for years.
The space is large room with central A/C and loft storage in a really clean and secure off the street building. $850/month total
Rent is by day of the week; 1 full day per week is around $125/month (ex: every Monday each week)
