Music Studio/rehearsal space/lockout available for someone creative, kind, considerate, clean, to involve themselves with a lovely and vibed out space in DTLA with a hybrid analog/digital recording infrastructure and space to host an entire band. It is my personal recording playground that I share and am losing a studio mate so there is an opening.It has an analog TAC Scorpion 32x8x2 mixing console and PT10/11 HD (currently upgrading to HDX) 32 in/out system, outboard pres (API, Vintech, Focusrite, Useful Arts) with mics and instruments. There are drum kits, keys, piano, guitar/bass amps etc... I hold sessions and use the space but there is not a fixed schedule so its use is malleable. Its roughly 1000 sq/ft with 12 ft ceilings has an iso booth thats roughly 9ft x 5 ft and a wonderful view of the DTLA skyline from the windows.
