Located in the heart of Koreatown, First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles is seeking performing arts organizations that can make use of its larger facilities. Ideally we’re seeking longterm contracts that make use of the space throughout the year, but short term inquires are welcome too. Please feel free to inquire regardless of the size or budget of your organization.
Depending on your needs, contracts could include:
Access to our facilities during weekday business hours*, including a 700 person auditorium, 250 person recital/dining hall, 100 person small hall, and 30 person large room - all equipped with pianos.
Permanent office space.
Access to our above and below ground parking lot (66 spaces total).
*arrangements outside of this timeframe may be feasible, but these are the hours that are generally open with little interference.
