Hiring: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Bellflower, CA
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17–$20/hr
Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to manage incoming/outgoing calls, assist clients via email or in person, perform data entry, and support other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high volume inbound calls and assist customers with pricing and turnaround times
Respond to customer inquiries via email or in person
Resolve or escalate client issues to the appropriate department
Perform general clerical duties including order entry, copying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
High school diploma required; degree preferred
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or IBM i5 preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and work both independently and as part of a team
