What We Need:
We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to help support our team
in growing our business and provide our clients with the service they have come to expect.
- Process internal paperwork for projects and purchase orders.
- Help prepare quotations and sample presentations
- Communicate with sales reps and clients to manage the progress of
projects from start to delivery.
- Keep sales reps updated on project status.
- Work with production department to communicate details of projects and follow up
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Attention to detail a must
- Basic Microsoft Office experience
- Follow through with projects from start to finish
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Organized and Punctual
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to perform in a high paced work environment.
This is a full time position with medical and dental benefits.
