Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
*Accurately input and update customer data in internal systems
*Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
*Follow communication scripts and adhere to company procedures
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, and policies
*Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
*Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
*1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role
*Proficient in data entry and CRM systems
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*High school diploma or equivalent required
