Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Invoice data entry, tracking, and record keeping
Maintaining general building and facility-related records and documentation
Emergency dispatching and coordinating rapid response when needed
Providing administrative support to management and staff (scheduling, filing, correspondence, phone coverage, etc.)
Assisting with additional office tasks and projects as assigned
