Key Responsibilities
Administrative Assistance:
Perform data entry and manage accounts receivable/payable.
Prepare invoices and maintain documents.
Conduct collections calling as needed.
Support the office with daily tasks, light sales, and reporting.
Maintain Customer Relations.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and excellent data entry skills.
Experience with enterprise software, such as QuickBooks or equivalent.
Comfortable with Customer Relations calling.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing personality with a passion for helping people and working collaboratively.
Bilingual in Chinese–English or Vietnamese–English preferred.
