Join a leading food company in the City of Vernon! We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative WIP Admin to support our team in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support
Communicate clearly and professionally via email and in-person
Utilize Excel to manage and organize data efficiently
Assist with internal team coordination and reporting
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Prior administrative experience
Strong Excel skills and computer proficiency
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A team player with a collaborative mindset
Schedule & Pay:
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Availability: Willing to work a few hours on weekends (Sat/Sun), especially during Q4
Overtime: Available as needed
Rate: $18.50/hr
