Office Administrator – Tax Practice and Real Estate (Mid-Wilshire)

We are a well-established tax practice and real estate firm in the Mid-Wilshire area, seeking a mature, organized, and take-charge office administrator to keep our operations running smoothly. A polished appearance and professional manner are expected. Prior experience in accounting or law is preferred, especially if you have worked with tax forms, payroll filings, workers compensation reports or business licenses. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software is essential.
Typical Day
• Greeting clients and managing calls and appointments
• Assembling income tax returns for client delivery
• Coordinating with vendors, ordering supplies, maintaining files
• Drafting correspondence to clients and tax agencies
• Mailing and e-filing documents
• Learning to communicate with the taxing authorities to resolve client issues
We will sponsor your Notary Public certification and pay renewal costs.
Schedule and Compensation
• Full-time, year-round position
• Overtime and weekends required during tax season (March–April, September–October)
• Overtime pay + competitive base salary
