Los Angeles Based property management firm seeking experienced Administrative Assistant to perform and be responsible for various office tasks and assignments. Must be able to multi-task in fast paced environment. Must be an effective communicator both verbally and written. Must be able to prioritize, and understand when a sense of urgency is appropriate. Must be extremely organized (lots of paperwork/spreadsheets/tracking logs/etc.). Must be computer literate (yardi/excel/word/etc.). Must be honest, reliable and have good interpersonal skills. Bi-lingual a plus. Experience in low income housing, project base section 8 an advantage.
