We are a fast growing home staging and design business helping clients transform spaces into beautiful, functional, and market-ready homes.
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the owner with scheduling, light business operations, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment and enjoys keeping the back end of a business running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the owner’s calendar, scheduling meetings, client calls, vendor appointments, and site visits.
Handle email correspondence and follow-ups in a timely, professional manner.
Assist with light business operations including invoicing, expense tracking, and updating project timelines.
Organize digital files, proposals, and contracts for easy access and accuracy.
Conduct occasional vendor and client communications on behalf of the owner.
Support with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed (research, supply orders, etc.).
Anticipate scheduling or administrative needs and proactively find solutions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role (experience in design, real estate, or creative industries a plus).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet with sensitive information.
Social media skills a plus.
Role Details:
Part-time: 10–20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow.
Location: Hybrid — mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings/site visits in Los Angeles.
Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
