We are looking to add a member to our team who possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, and who enjoys working in a positive, fast paced environment. This is a part time, 20-hour/week position. Scheduled working hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Hours are somewhat flexible, providing they are consistent from week to week – they must be between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and must include one hour each weekday from noon – 1pm or 1pm - 2pm.

Various office tasks including data processing, filing, and research
Review paperwork for accuracy
Covering the reception area as needed
Assisting coworkers with special projects
Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to handle frequent interruptions
Excellent time management skills
Self starter with ability to stay on task and motivated
At least one-year experience as Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
