Personal Assistant (West Hollywood)

Our office is located in West Hollywood, and we are looking to hire an enthusiastic, meticulous and proactive Personal Assistant to work out of our office. This is a part-time job.

Responsibilities
Manage both personal and business calendars
Act as a main point of contact for streamlining communication between the CEO and external contacts
Maintain an organized system of files, allowing for files to be obtained in a timely manner when necessary
Special projects as needed
Organizing social media (both personal and business)
Set up / organizing meetings
Ordering/shopping
Organizing events as needed



Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Mac products
At least 3 years of experience
Sharp communication skills including oral and written
Seamless ability to maintain organization whether it be in physical office spaces or within filing or scheduling systems
Must be a resourceful, independent and driven worker
Capability to problem-solve
Ability to maintain confidentiality
