The core mission is to identify every technical requirement and manage the production process to ensure we are never disqualified on a technicality.

Key Responsibilities:

- RFP Shredding & Compliance Matrix: Breaking down complex RFPs into master checklists (formatting rules, mandatory attachments, legal reps, and certifications).

- Project Management: Managing "Review Gates" (Pink, Red, and Gold teams) and holding Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deadlines.

- Document Production: Final assembly and expert-level formatting in MS Word and Adobe, including navigating electronic submission portals.

- Quality Control: Verifying that every RFP question has a corresponding, compliant answer.

The Ideal Candidate:

- High-level mastery of MS Word (Styles, TOCs, Section Breaks) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

- APMP certification or Shipley Method training is a major plus.
