RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES PERSON

*Reply to All Client Inquiries within 24 Hours

*Generate Accurate Quotes for Clients

*Generate PO's for Vendors

*Maintain and Merchandise Displays per Best Practices



ADMINISTRATION

*Create & Maintain Up-to-Date Prices / Descriptions of Products on Showroom Floor

*Compile & Maintain Up-to-Date Price List and Ordering Procedures for Product Vendors

*Maintain and Update Information on All Lighting Products

*Order and Stock Department Supplies

*Liaise with Warehouse to Maintain Up-to-Date Inventory Count

*Maintain Up-to-Date Information and Ordering Procedures for Vendors



CUSTOMER SERVICE

*Introduce, Suggest and Sell Appropriate Fixtures to Clients as Needed

*Submit Requests for Product Availability

*Determine Lead-Times for All Products

*Facilitate and Troubleshoot Shipping and Delivery of Orders

*Provide Customer Service Including Claims, Repairs and Replacement of Product

*Maintain Up-to-Date Client Database with Accurate Information: Preferences, Requests, Quotes, Memos, Orders,

Returns etc.

*Full-Time from 9:45am - 6:15pm Weekdays; 10:45am -6:15pm Saturdays

*Must Work Saturdays and Mondays

*Ability to Stay Late and/or Come in Early as Needed



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

*Able to Regularly Lift Up to 20 lbs

*Bend and Reach

*Clean Fragile Items

*Climb Ladder

*Complete Simple Mechanical Tasks Such as Changing Light Bulbs and Assembling Lamps

*Sit in a Chair at a Desk

*Walk Around Showroom Including Steps
