We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations and assist both the Operations Manager and HR Manager for multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations for locations
Communicate regularly with staff to ensure smooth workflow and coverage
Support the HR Manager with onboarding, scheduling, and general HR tasks
Handle administrative duties such as data entry, reporting, and documentation
Conduct occasional site visits for support, oversight, and quality checks
Work Locations:
This role requires occasional travel between our locations in South Central Los Angeles, Whittier, and Pico Rivera.
Office location is in Arcadia.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and supporting leadership
Previous administrative or supervisory experience required
