A LITTLE ABOUT US
Harold is an accomplished mortgage loan specialist expert. He graduated from ASU with honors and has been working and building in the mortgage and Real Estate sector for the last 19 years. He is a father of 4 beautiful adults. 48 years of age and met 37-year-old Jasmine in 2019. She was hired as an executive assistant but is now a fellow broker and CEO. She and I have high ambitions to build a monthly revenue of $100K or more.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would love to find someone who already has their real estate license preferably. (But not required) If you don’t have your license we will help the right person, get their real estate / broker’s license and NMLS license.
We want an intern. Someone who either lives close or would like to live with us. Once you learn the process and we help you get licensed we can then discuss a position with our firm.
Your licensing will be free, your room and board will be free, and we will pay all your expenses.
We want someone who is flexible, willing to learn a lot, type fast, pays attention to detail, articulate, some college a plus, hardworking, not just looking for a check but would like to grow with us and share profit that we all earn together. If you are currently working that could possibly work at first as you learn our specific way of closing loans, however if we all love each other we would eventually like someone who is all-in. We hope to find someone who doesn’t have too many things holding them down. Hoping to grow into a productive/excellent team and even potentially loving family. We are looking for someone who will learn how to close mortgage loans and potentially move in with us as a housemate so we want it to be a comfortable casual interview to get an idea of your vibe to see if it will be a good fit. Also, please make sure you agree to a time that is convenient for you, so you don’t have to reschedule or even worse flake. We normally meet in the evenings around 7 pm any day of the week. Being 10-15 minutes early is on time. (for those who don't know).
We will meet at either Spire-73 or at the top floor amenity open to the public at our building DTLA.
If hired your pay will be commensurate with your experience and value you bring. As we make $80-100K per month together we will appropriately split this up based upon a pre- disclosed structure. This will be determined immediately once hired. As an intern you will be getting licensed and have your expenses covered. Once licensed you will have the potential to make $50k - $100k per month. However, we would not be interested if you’re looking for temporary work. We hope to find someone who wants to learn and then potentially build an amazing life and career with us.
