Plenty of parking is available on the street during the day. The building has a professional security system and a certified fire sprinkler system.
Deposits and Lease:
Deposits are 1 month's rent. Utilities are included - water, electricity, wifi, trash, parking etc. Initial lease will be for a year and convert to month-to-month after that. There is a Security deposit of one months rent required and a $500 fee for breaking a lease early.
