Big Art Labs, a long-established art and production facility downtown has a private artist studio available in October - perfect for artist /designer/editor/photography / writer / painter /crafter (work only - no live in).

$850 total per month (month to month lease) includes utilities (water/electrical/A/C), space available gated parking, high-speed internet, trash and cleaning service of common areas. Enclosed studio (no gap at the top of the walls) has it's own A/C unit in a 12,000' bow truss warehouse. Main building has multiple project short term rental cages.

We feature a fun, professional, highly creative environment, 24 hour access and lots of fellow artists, painters, writers and craftsmen to meet and collaborate with.

Fellow tenants include artists, photographers, carpenters, writers, film and TV professionals, set builders, editors, designers, graphic artists, ceramics, sculptors and more.
