LA Territory Sales Representative (Los Angeles)

compensation: $22 per hour plus mileage reimbursement and sales incentives

Our local kombucha company is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to help grow our business in the Los Angeles area while also supporting our existing accounts. Our current retailers include Whole Foods, Sprouts, Erewhon, Pavilions, and many other health food stores.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets and growth goals, promoting and educating customers and store staff on our brand, and building a small team of enthusiastic campus ambassadors and event staff in your region.

We are looking for a charismatic and self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit that wants to take ownership of their territory and projects. This individual will also be the face of our brand at some special events and product demonstrations, and will have opportunities to travel to support the brand in other key regions.

-visit our retailers and work with store decision makers to improve our placement, product availability, and retail presence
-coordinate with fitness studios and grocery stores to schedule product demonstrations
-conduct associate education with store staff to educate them on our product and it's benefits
-travel to other territories such as Phoenix, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and others as needed to support the brand in those regions (all travel expenses covered by the company)
-Train and manage campus ambassadors and event staff in the SoCal region
-Support the VP of Sales with additional sales-related projects as needed

-Sales Background
-Outgoing, charismatic, and presentable
-Motivated and able to meet goals independently
-Must have a reliable car
-Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
-Must have a smartphone for in-app reporting
-Flexible Schedule, including the ability to work some weekends
-Able and willing to travel
-Knowledge about kombucha a plus
-Available Nov 15-18th for a large event

$22 per hour plus sales incentives, paid as a 1099 contractor. All parking, travel expenses, and supplies reimbursed. Mileage reimbursed. Could start at 30-40 hours per week, based on candidates availability.

This position has the opportunity to grow into a full-time w2 position for the right person. However, applicants with other pursuits such as real estate agents looking to supplement their income are also encouraged to apply.
