We are actively seeking an on-site apartment manager for our 48 unit apartment building in Los Angeles located at 501 S. Rampart Blvd., Los Angeles (Downtown)!

Compensation: 1) 1/3 off a monthly rent of $1,400 (you pay only $933.33), 2) minimum wage for hours worked & 3) $25 per month mobile phone allowance

Since you will also be a tenant, the minimum requirements to get approved are: Credit score of 600 or higher and a gross monthly income of $3,500 or higher.

Job Responsibilities:
-Flexible schedule and availability
-Show and lease vacancies
-Create and post notices (notices of entry, serving late rent notices, 3-day notices)
-Conduct tenant move-in and move-out inspections
-Unlock doors for tenants and replacing keys if necessary
-Communicate with tenants and relaying tenant communication to property manager
-Give vendors access to building when necessary
-Promote positive public relations with prospects, residents, vendor, and clients

Requirements for this position:
-Excellent property management skills including leasing, resident relations/control and customer service.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff and management.
