We are currently seeking a responsible, reliable, and service-oriented portfolio and On-Site Property Manager to live on the premises and manage day-to-day operations of a residential property as well as a few other properties nearby.
Position Details:
Housing: One Bedroom or Two Bedroom unit with parking provided on-site at a discounted rate — 2/3 of market rent.
Pay: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience and responsibilities. 10-14 hours per week.
Type: Part-time with flexible hours depending on property needs.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee general property upkeep and cleanliness
-Respond promptly to tenant issues and maintenance requests
-Coordinate with vendors and repair personnel
-Enforce property rules and regulations
-Conduct regular inspections and report any issues
-Assist with leasing tasks, such as showing units or collecting rent (as needed)
Requirements:
-Prior property management or maintenance experience preferred
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to problem-solve and handle situations independently
-Must reside in the provided unit full-time
-Availability for occasional emergency calls
