A well established and reputable property management company is seeking an experienced, high energy, goal oriented and professional individual to manage and lease a our wonderful, multi-family project in the Universal City / Studio City area
This beautiful development is well equipped with amazing amenities which include a full gym, tenant lounge and sunny courtyard, a theater room and more. The property is a 47 unit building with one and two bedrooms.
This is a work from home opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing, tenant relations, curb appeal, and overseeing maintenance and janitorial staff.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Leasing/Marketing
Showings of vacant units along with weekly open houses
Assist in the preparation of the leases for move in
Monthly administrative duties
Communicate with supervisor and office daily
Review all documents to comply with company policies and guidelines, and data entry into company system.
Make sure building and curb appeal are in top shape
Great customer service skills
Manage turnovers

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to create and maintain strong resident relationships

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Appfolio Property Management software experience preferred but not required
Must be available to work on weekends
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Customer service experience
Must have valid driver’s license
