I find myself over qualified for basic customer service roles due to multiple hospitality and retail management roles.
I stepped out of customer service for a time and into Case Management (human services) which is mostly office and administrative.
Now I want (NEED) to work and cannot find basic roles in customer service, retail, office / admin, anything.

Multiple employers have RE-hired me; you do not rehire bad apples, you only welcome back those who were an asset. I am on the opposite side of the country now so cannot call on them.
I JUST WANT TO WORK!
If your role is more labor intensive, that is fine - I just need to work. I am literally about to lose everything: my home, health and safety if I do find employment IMMEDIATELY.
I just want to work. Any legitimate job that pays me income in exchange for my hard work, is acceptable work.
I do not mind starting at the bottom, I will prove my worth to you.
