Cashier (part time):
Cashiers must posses an interest in health with an emphasis on natural and organic foods, an ability to work well under pressure, outstanding customer service, and an understanding of computers.
Deli Clerks are responsible for making sandwiches, juices, and smoothies according to instruction cards and customer requests.
Ensure that food quality standards are being upheld for all deli products. Help promote a food company appearance by providing
courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
Vit/Cos Clerk (1 part time, 1 Full Time):
Obtains or receives merchandise, places orders, provides outstanding customer service, totals bill, accepts payment, and makes
change for customers in retail store by performing the following duties.
Assist the Sushi station with passion for the products Lassens provides. Provides entry level to intermediate skills with regards to preparation, setup, and execution of Lassens sustainable sushi menu. Lassens uses only environmentally responsible seafood products as a means of preserving the art of sushi and the health of the world's oceans.
Leads the Deli Team with passion for the products Lassen's provides. Provides leadership for all aspects of the Deli, including Team Member development and accountability. Accomplishes targeted labor, growth, and sales margins.
Works in and performs all activities in the Produce Department, including ordering, stocking, and customer service. Builds attractive displays, prepares product for displays, including soaking, trimming, and culling. Ensures a high cleanliness and organizational standard within the department.
