Fun on Hillhurst, Vermont and Hyperion. Interest in a vegetarian house a plus.

You: respectful, clean, easygoing, mature, communicative, honest, friendly, stable, independent, ethical, non-smoker. Angry, aggressive need not apply. Landlord does not allow pets.
Room: real wood floors, two windows, bright, 2nd floor view of hills, sunset views, small walk-in closet (w/small window). Full spring mattress and box spring. Tranquil block.
